PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 11, 2022) The U.S. Navy’s only forward-deployed aircraft carrier, USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76), steams in formation with ships from the Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF), Royal Australian Navy (RAN) and Indian Navy during Exercise Malabar 2022, in the Philippine Sea, Nov. 11. Malabar 2022 is a Japan-led, surface, air, and subsurface multi-lateral field training exercise with the Indian Navy, JMSDF, Royal Australian Navy and U.S. Navy.
