125th Anniversary of The Chief

USS George H.W. Bush Celebrates CPO 125th Birthday

"Who's your Chief?" Ask any Sailor that question - you're bound to get a reaction.

The ranks of the Chief Petty Officer have been filled with every type from all walks of life. They were, and continue to be, sons, daughters, mothers, fathers ... brothers and sisters. They have experience and wisdom. They set the standards, and more often than not, have great stories to tell. They are the backbone of our Navy.

Watch the above, share the link, and then go find a Sailor and ask them to share the good stories about their Chief. And if you come across a Chief this week, say "Happy Birthday."
