  • The Military Sealift Command joint high speed vessel USNS Millinocket (JHSV 3) arrives in Vietnam. Vietnam is the fifth stop for Millinocket and embarked Task Force Forager. Millinocket and embarked Task Force Forager are serving as the secondary platform for Pacific Partnership, led by an expeditionary command element from the Navy's 30th Naval Construction Regiment from Port Hueneme, Calif. Now in its 10th iteration, Pacific Partnership is the largest annual multilateral humanitarian assistance and disaster relief preparedness mission conducted in the Indo-Asia Pacific region. While training for crisis conditions, Pacific Partnership, missions have provided medical care to approximately 270,000 patients and veterinary service to more than 38,000 animals.   • Paul Moore, the last Pearl Harbor survivor in the Hampton Roads area, right,  is ushered away after being honored during a Pearl Harbor remembrance ceremony at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story.   • The Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Kidd (DDG 100) performs a sea-power demo alongside the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68) during Tiger Cruise 2017, Dec. 7, in the Pacific Ocean. The Nimitz Carrier Strike Group is on a regularly scheduled deployment to the Western Pacific.
