NAVAL AIR STATION NORTH ISLAND, Calif. (April 21, 2016) Cmdr. Roy M. Zaletski passes through side-boys during a change of command ceremony held at Naval Air Station North Island. Zaletski relieved Cmdr. David S. Wells to become the commanding officer HSC 21. HSC 21 is based on Naval Air Station North Island and flies the MH-60S Knighthawk helicopter for its primary mission, which includes providing tactical and logistical support, as well as search and rescue and humanitarian assistance to the fleet.
