Sailors with the Second Class Petty Officer Association (SCPOA) aboard the submarine tender USS Frank Cable (AS 40) paint a mural of the ship on a wall along Marine Corps Drive. The event was just one part of the SCPOA's recent series of community interactions that also included painting a bus stop and participating in the Adopt A Highway program containing a three mile stretch from the U.S. Naval Base Guam to Polaris Point where the ship is moored.
