  • Sailors assigned to the USS Constitution Color Guard parade the colors for guests at the Missouri Rotary Club as part of St. Louis Navy Week. Navy Weeks focus a variety of outreach assets, equipment and personnel on a single city for a weeklong series of engagements with key influencers and organizations representing all sectors of the market. During a Navy Week, 75-100 outreach events are coordinated with corporate, civic, government, education, media, veterans, community service and diversity organizations in the city.   • The Los Angeles-class attack submarine USS Buffalo (SSN 715) and the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Stethem (DDG 63) depart Changi Naval Base for the at-sea phase of Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Singapore 2016. CARAT is a series of annual maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
