Sailors assigned to Commander, Navy Expeditionary Forces Command Pacific (CTF 75), Coastal Riverine Squadron 3, and Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133 off-load riverine command boats from the Military Sealift Command large, medium-speed roll-on/roll-off ship USNS Soderman (T-AKR 317). Mississippi is changing homeport from Commander, Submarine Squadron 4 in Groton, Conn. to Commander, Submarine Squadron 1. Mississippi makes is the 4th Virginia-class submarine to be home ported in Pearl Harbor, and one of 18 attack submarines permanently homeported at the historic base.
