Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) successfully conducted a Chapter 13 fire drill in concert with guided-missile destroyer USS Ramage (DDG 61) and Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) Jan. 25 in Pascagoula, Mississippi.
Dynamic Block Build Key to Docking Success  (10 February 2017)
Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center's (MARMC) Dynamic (AFDL 6) dry-dock prepared blocks for replacement in their block build in anticipation of dry-docking Landing Craft Unit (LCU) 1664, at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, Feb. 3.
USS Wasp Reaches Halfway Point  (17 March 2017)
Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC), the naval support activity for amphibious assault ship USS Wasp's (LHD 1) planned maintenance availability (PMA), achieved on-time completion of all milestones in time for the Wasp's 50-percent conference, March 15.

Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) floating dry dock Dynamic (AFDL 6) Commanding Officer Lt. Edward Menezes used the docking of Landing Craft Utility (LCU) 1655 as a training opportunity for his crew at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story, April 12.
On-Time Delivery: MARMC's Priority in Oak Hill Avail  (19 May 2017)
USS Oak Hill (LSD 51) completed successful sea trials and her Light-Off Assessment, May 15, returning to port at Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story where she will undergo final checks before being returned to mission ready status.

On May 31, Diesel Engine Inspectors (DEI) from Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center's (MARMC) Diesel Engines Division returned from successfully performing Casualty Report (CASREP) repairs while underway on board USS Carter Hall (LSD-50) while forward deployed.
Meticulous MARMC Means Monterey Meets Mission  (2 November 2017)
Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center (MARMC) completed Fleet Technical Assistance (FTA) to USS Monterey's (CG 61) loop cooling system restoring functionality to several pieces of equipment including the SPY-1 radar system, allowing the ship to be ready for her next mission, Oct. 23.
