Eighty-seven future Sailors took the oath of enlistment in a pregame ceremony at Bush Stadium Aug. 9. The 87 recruits make up the 54th Cardinal Company.
Sailors from Navy Recruiting District (NRD) St. Louis attended the two day annual FIRST (For Inspiration of Science and Technology) Robotics Championship Competition, recruiting highly motivated individuals in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.
