Pearl Harbor Survivor Leads Memorial Day Ceremony and Parade

"I want to emphasize how lucky we are to live each day and how fortunate we are to live in this country and not overseas. I'm 95 years old and that's my message," said Lt. j.g. Gerald Halterman, at the 145th annual Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony in Bellingham, Massachusetts.
