Phase I: Boston to Marblehead, 20 July

7 a.m. Constitution embarks guests and media.
7:15 a.m.Constitution renders arrival side honors to designated distinguished visitors.
8 a.m.Constitution underway and towed to Marblehead. Ramage and Halyburton embark guests and media in Boston.
10 a.m.Ramage and Halyburton underway.
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. Constitution conducts sail training in Massachusetts Bay.
11:30 a.m. Ramage and Halyburton rendezvous with Constitution in Massachusetts Bay and take port/starboard quarter stations 500 yards away.
1 p.m.Ramage and Halyburton pass by and render honors to Constitution.
1:15 p.m. Constitution en route Marblehead. Halyburton en route Charlestown. Ramage en route Marblehead Neck to conduct transfer (CCDG-2 to Corinthian Yacht Club).
1:45 p.m. Constitution conducts21-gun salute in Marblehead Harbor, near Fort Sewall. The fort will return the salute with one gun.
2 p.m. Ramage en route Boston.
2:30 p.m.Constitution moors Marblehead Harbor and remains overnight. Disembark guests and media.
2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Constitution Welcome Ceremony reception.
3 p.m. Constitution renders departing side honors to designated distinguished visitors.
3:30 p.m. Constitution Welcome Ceremony at Corinthian Yacht Club. Proclamation and gifts exchanged. Halyburton pierside Charlestown Navy Yard. Disembark guests and media.
3:30 p.m. Ramage pierside Commonwealth Pier, Boston. Disembark guests and media.
4:45 p.m. Constitution crew marches (led by 1776 Reenactment Band) from Boston Yacht Club to Abbot Hall. At the Hall, crew will be given a tour.
7 to 9 p.m. Navy Band Concert at Crocker Parker, Marblehead.
8:15 p.m. Constitution conducts colors ceremony with bugler
10 p.m. Constitution holds Taps with bugler

Phase II: Sailing in Massachusetts Bay (Out and In from Marblehead)

Primary date is 21 July with 22-23 July as backup depending on weather
8 - 8:45 a.m.Media pool assembles at Marblehead Sub-CIB and embarks Constitution.
8 a.m. Ramage and Halyburton embark guests and media in Boston.
9 a.m. Constitution embarks guests and media.
10 a.m. Ramage and Halyburton underway from Boston.
9:15 a.m. Constitution embarks distinguished visitors and renders side honors.
10 a.m. Constitution underway and towed to sailing area; fireboats take the lead.
11:30 a.m. Ramage and Halyburton rendezvous with Constitution in Massachusetts Bay and take port/starboard quarter stations 500 yards away.
Noon to 1 p.m. Constitution conducts sailing operation. She will fire cannons when sailing under her own power.
12:30 p.m. Blue Angels conducts multiple formation flyovers. Constitution fires port/starboard batteries prior to flyover.
12:50 p.m. Ramage and Halyburton pass by and render honors to Constitution.
1 p.m. Upon completion of passing by, Ramage and Halyburton detach formation.
1:15 p.m.Constitution under tow. Constitution en route Marblehead. Halyburton en route Salem. Ramage en route Boston.
1:45 p.m. Constitution conducts 21 gun salute at Marblehead vicinity of Ft. Sewall. Ft. Sewall returns salute.
2:15 p.m. Halyburton arrives at Salem Terminal pier. Disembark guests and media.
2:30 p.m. Constitution moors in Marblehead Harbor. Renders departing side honors to designated distinguished visitors. Disembark distinguished visitors, guests and media.
3 p.m. Constitution Arrival Ceremony at Corinthian Yacht Club. Proclaimation and gifts exchange.
3 p.m. Ramage pierside Commonwealth Pier, Boston. Disembark guests and media.

Phase III: Marblehead to Boston, 21 July

2:15 p.m. Constitution embarks guests and media.
2:45 p.m. Halyburton embarks guests and media members.
3:15 p.m. Constitution renders arrival side honors to designated distinguished visitors. Ramage embarks guests and media.
3:45 p.m. Constitution underway under tow and conducts 21 gun salute in the vicinity of Ft. Sewall. Fireboat takes the lead. Halyburton underway.
4 p.m. Ramage underway.
4 to 6 p.m.Constitution conducts sail demonstration.
5:15 p.m. Ramage and Halyburton rendezvous with Constitution in Massachusetts Bay and take port/starboard quarter stations 250 yards.
6 p.m. Ramage and Halyburton pass by and render honors to Constitution
6:10 p.m. Upon completion of passing, Ramage (2000 yds) and Halyburton (1500 yds) take assigned Form ONE stations ahead of Constitution.
6:30 p.m. Media stages at Castle Island for photo opportunity.
7 p.m. As Constitution passes Castle Island, two cannons are rolled into firing position; ship fires 21 gun salute. USMC Detachment mans shrouds and fighting tops. 1797 Marine Detachment takes position at the ship's bowsprit for a small arms firing demonstration. Ramage and Halyburton detach upon completion of 21-gun salute and proceed to respective berths in Boston.
7:25 p.m. National Park Service raises 90 ft. Navy and Mt. Rushmore flags adjacent to Constitution's pier.
7:45 p.m. Constitutionand Halyburton pierside Charlestown Navy Yard.
8:15 p.m. Boston/Charlestown Welcome Ceremony; proclamation and gifts exchanged. Media availability to follow. Ramage pierside Commonwealth Pier, Boston. Disembark guests and media.
