JACKSONVILLE,Fla. (NNS) -- There are great deals to be had at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville's Information, Tour, and Ticket office (ITT) located next the Navy exchange. The ITT office sells discounted tickets to just about every kind of show, theme park and concert imaginable.

In addition to attraction tickets, ITT also offers special packages on cruises, hotels and tours, such as Carnival cruise lines and the Kennedy space center.

ITT sponsored trips such as the Savannah history and shopping trip, shop till you drop Orlando, and Okefenokee Swamp are available. ITT also offers discounts on local clubs, restaurants and parks.

ITT also sells tickets to sporting events, such as the Daytona International Speedway, and to local sports teams, such as the Jacksonville Jaguars, Jacksonville Suns and Jacksonville Barracudas.

"Tours, fishing licenses, and sporting events are our most popular items," said ITT Manager Dawn Smith. "It's unfortunate that many of the servicemembers here don't take advantage of the discounts we offer," Smith continued. "A lot of people don't realize that many of the theme parks are having military promotions that offer deep discounts to servicemembers willing to take advantage of them."

For those Sailors on shore duty looking to get back out to sea, ITT offers cruises at a 30-40 percent discount. "ITT's cruise packages are some the best deals around," Smith said.

ITT is also offering discounted Halloween Horror Nights tickets for non-peak nights. Non-peak nights are Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.

For more information, call the ITT office at (904) 542-3318.
