Navy Band Performances in Capital Region Canceled

WASHINGTON (NNS) -- The U.S. Navy Band's 2009 holiday concerts, "Season of Magic" scheduled for Dec. 19 and 20 at Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) Constitution Hall in Washington has been canceled due to inclement weather.


The U.S. Navy Band was expected to perform before a sold-out crowd but with more than 9 inches of snow on the ground, the decision was made to cancel today's performance.

Will the christmas concert at DAR be resceduled? We look forward to it every year. It has become a Christmas tradition. Mary Liberati

The tickets we have for the cancelled Dec. 19 performance, may we use these to attend Sunday's performance at 3PM, if not cancelled?
