PHOENIX (March 29, 2012) Sailors assigned to USS Constitution give an interactive lesson on early U.S. naval history to 3rd and 4th graders during a Phoenix Navy Week event at South Mountain Community Library. Phoenix Navy Week is one of eight Navy Weeks Constitution is scheduled to participate in during 2012.
