CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (May 7, 2012) Students from Culk Elementary gather around Cmdr. Mark Calderon to see his gold medal after speaking with the students about his accomplishments throughout the years. Calderon, who represented the USA at four World Championships from 1980-86, won the 1982 World synchronized trampoline title with Stuart Ransom. Calderon was serving in the U.S. Navy when he qualified for the U. S. Trampoline Team for a fourth time in 1986.
