BUFFALO, N.Y. (Sept. 12, 2012) Lt. Cmdr. James Morton, commanding officer Navy Operational Support Center Buffalo, Quartermaster Seaman William Gillaspie and Airman Nathan McCutcheon, both assigned to USS Constitution, are interviewed for Magazine Radio during Buffalo Navy week. Buffalo Navy Week 2012 is one of 15 signature events planned across America in 2012.
