BUFFALO, NY (Sept. 16, 2012) Sailors assigned to the Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate USS De Wert (FFG 45) visit retired Capt. Sydney Cole and other patients at Buffalo VA Medical Center during Buffalo Navy Week 2012. Buffalo Navy Week is one of 15 signature events planned across America in 2012.
