BUFFALO, N.Y. (Sep. 16, 2012) Rear Adm. Gregory M. Nosal, commander of Carrier Strike Group 2, greets football fans after presiding over the coin toss starting the game between the Buffalo Bills and Kansas City Chiefs during Buffalo Navy Week 2012.
