ROTA, Spain (Oct. 17, 2012) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Michael D. Stevens gives his coin to the Sailor of the Year for the Naval Base Rota hosptial during a fleet engagement visit at Naval Station Rota, Spain. This was Stevens' first fleet visit as MCPON and a return to his first duty station.
