ROTA, Spain, (Oct. 17, 2012) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Michael D. Stevens receives a capabilities brief from Marines at Marine Fast Company Europe during a fleet engagement visit at Naval Station Rota, Spain. This was Stevens' first fleet visit as MCPON and a return to his first duty station.
