MONTREAL (July 31, 2012) Cmdr. Joeseph C. Thomas, commanding officer of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class frigate USS DeWert (FFG 45), signs the city hall guest book with Jocelyn Ann Campell, city councillor of Montreal.
