HOBOKEN, N.J. (Nov. 3, 2012) Steelworker 2nd Class Jacob Scarlett, from Madres, Ore. assigned to Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 1, blows out the flame from an oxyacetylene torch while cutting a damaged ferry slip brace at Hoboken Transit Terminal, N.J. USS Wasp (LHD 1), USS San Antonio (LPD 17) and USS Carter Hall (LSD 50) are positioned in New York City harbor to provide relief support to areas affected by Hurricane Sandy.
