NEW YORK (Nov. 3, 2012) Capt. Timothy Spratto, commander of Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 6, visits the Office of Emergency Management in New York City to discuss the role of Navy ships positioned in New York Harbor to assist with humanitarian operations in New York.
