NEW YORK (Nov. 3, 2012) Capt. Timothy Spratto, commander of Amphibious Squadron (PHIBRON) 6, Col. Matthew St. Claire, commanding officer of the 26th Marine Expeditionary Unit (26th MEU), and Capt. Bob Carey, Navy emergency liaison officer to New York, visit the Office of Emergency Management to plan potential locations for humanitarian operations in New York.
