BANJUL, The Gambia (Nov. 28, 2012) Logistics Specialist 2nd Class James Williams, left, and Master-at-Arms 2nd Class Esmeralda Rios, from High-Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, participate in a community project at Star Fish International, a community center for the teens of Banjul, in support of Africa Partnership Station (APS) 2012. APS is an international security cooperation initiative, facilitated by Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe-Africa, aimed at strengthening global maritime partnerships through training and collaborative activities in order to improve maritime safety and security in Africa.
