NORFOLK, Va. (Dec. 1, 2012) Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert is rung aboard the aircraft carrier USS Enterprise (CVN 65) during the ship's inactivation ceremony. Enterprise was commissioned Nov. 25, 1961 as the first nuclear-powered aircraft carrier. The ceremony marks the end of her 51 years of service.
