SAO PEDRO, Cape Verde (Jan. 9, 2013) Musician 2nd Class Kollin Reichow, Musician 3rd Class Patrick Pedlar, and Musician 1st Class Kelly Dacosta, all from the U.S. Naval Forces Europe Band, perform for the local community of Sao Pedro at the town plaza as part of Africa Partnership Station (APS).
