JEBEL ALI, United Arab Emirates (Jan. 14, 2013) Damage Controlman 2nd Class Vincent Vargas briefs a damage control training scenario to U.S. Coast Guardsmen assigned to the U.S. Coast Guard cutters USCGC Maui (WPB 1304) and Baranof (WPB 1318) aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Winston S. Churchill (DDG 81). Winston S. Churchill is deployed with the John C.
