ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 24, 2013) Aviation Machinist's Mate 1st Class Jeffery Manuel cleans and inspects the tail rotor of an MH-60R Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to the Swamp Foxes of Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) 74 aboard the aircraft carrier USS Harry S.
