JINHAE, Republic of Korea (Feb. 19, 2012) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Ray Mabus speaks with Sailors, Marines and Department of Defense civilians at Commander Fleet Activities Chinhae (CFAC) in Jinhae, Republic of Korea. Mabus held an award ceremony and all-hands call where he thanked the Sailors and Marines for their service and sacrifice and discussed issues currently affecting the fleet, including operational and personnel issues and the potential impacts of sequestration and the continuing resolution on the Navy.
