WASHINGTON (March 21, 2013) Secretary of the Navy (SECNAV) the Honorable Ray Mabus presents Under Secretary of the Navy (UNSECNAV) Robert Work with the Distinguished Public Service Medal, the Department of the Navy's highest award for civilians, during a farewell ceremony in the Pentagon auditorium.
