MANILA, Philippines (April 4, 2013) Information Systems Technician 2nd Class Andrew Frazier, assigned to the amphibious dock landing ship USS Tortuga (LSD 46), acts out a story for children from the House of the Heroes orphanage during a community relations event. Tortuga is part of the Bonhomme Richard Amphibious Ready Group on deployment in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility and will be participating in the annual Republic of the Philippines-U.S. military blilateral training exercise and humanitarian assistance engagement Balikatan 2013.
