SAN DIEGO (April 8, 2013) The Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Cowpens (CG 63) arrives in San Diego after completing its forward-deployed mission and a hull swap with USS Antietam (CG 54) in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of responsibility.
