WASHINGTON (April 11, 2013) Master Chief Petty Officer of the Navy (MCPON) Mike Stevens greets Alexander Burch, the 2013 Military Child of the Year, following a full honors ceremony honoring the visit of the Royal Australian Navy Chief of Navy.
