NORTH ARABIAN SEA (April 13, 2013) The Military Sealift Command dry cargo and ammunition ship USNS Medgar Evers (T-AKE-13) conducts a vertical replenishment-at-sea with the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN 69) while the guided-missile cruiser USS Hue City (CG 66) steams alongside. Dwight D. Eisenhower and Hue City are deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility conducting maritime security operations, theater security cooperation efforts and support missions as part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
