SAN DIEGO (April 12, 2013) Aviation Electronics Technician 1st Class Cassandra Richards, assigned to the aircraft carrier USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70), digs a drainage trench during a Chief Petty Officer (CPO) 365 community service event with San Diego Habitat for Humanity. CPO 365 is a year-long development and training program designed to teach first class petty officers about the role of the chief petty officer.
