POINT MUGU, Calif. (April 22, 2013) Gunner's Mate Chief Davon Copeland, assigned to the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91), discusses how to zero in an M4 service rifle during a small-arms qualification at Naval Air Station Point Mugu. Pinckney is at Port Hueneme conducting a combat systems and deck groom preparing for an upcoming board of inspection and survey (INSURV).
