PACIFIC OCEAN (April 26, 2013) Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, pins a warfare device on Mass Communication Specialist 2nd Class Andrew Jandik during a ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
