PACIFIC OCEAN (April 26, 2013) Adm. Cecil Haney, commander of U.S. Pacific Fleet, congratulates Quartermaster Seaman Taylor Robinson after presenting her with a warfare device during a ceremony aboard the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68).
