WASHINGTON (April 26, 2013) Commander of the Royal Canadian Navy Vice Adm. Paul Maddison performs a troop inspection during a full honors ceremony at the Washington Navy Yard in recognition of his visit with Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) Adm. Jonathan Greenert. Maddison was awarded the Legion of Merit during the ceremony for his dedication to superior maritime partnership and security cooperation efforts with the United States during his time as the commander of the Royal Canadian Navy.
