PACIFIC OCEAN (April 28, 2013) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Equipment) 3rd Class Raymond Gonzales signals an F/A-18F from the Black Aces of Strike Fighter Squadron (VFA) 14 to prepare for launch on the flight deck aboard the aircraft carrier USS John C. Stennis (CVN 74). The John C. Stennis Carrier Strike Group, consisting of John C. Stennis, Carrier Air Wing (CVW) 9, Destroyer Squadron 21 and the guided-missile cruiser USS Mobile Bay (CG 53), is returning from an eight-month deployment to the U.S. 5th and 7th Fleet areas of responsibility.(U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist Seaman Apprentice Ignacio D.
