SAN DIEGO (April 30, 2013) Capt. Joseph Aquilina, director of branch clinics at Naval Medical Center San Diego, delivers remarks during the grand opening ceremony of Naval Branch Health Clinic Eastlake. The Eastlake clinic has 13 examination rooms and a 20-person medical homeport team. The clinic will deliver patient and family-centered primary care, immunizations, pharmacy, phlebotomy, case management and health and wellness services to 4,800 eligible beneficiaries.
