COOK INLET, Alaska (April 30, 2013) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Fuel) Richard St. Clair directs the recovery of helicopters on the flight deck as the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship Pre-Commissioning Unit (PCU) Anchorage (LPD 23) approaches the coast of Alaska.
