WASHINGTON (May 16, 2013) Electronics Technician Chief Cheyenne Shasky, the 2012 U.S. Fleet Forces Sailor of the Year, receives her cover from her husband, Senior Chief Engineman Ronald Shasky II, during the 2012 Sailor of the Year Pinning Ceremony.
