FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) A full honors funeral service is held for retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Tenn. Following the service, Kelso was laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery.
