FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) Rev. Thomas Ward performs a sermon during the full honors funeral service for retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Tenn. Following the service, Kelso was laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery.
