FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) The eldest son of retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), recites a thank you letter he wrote to his father in 1977 during his father's funeral at the First United Methodist Church in Fayetteville, Tenn.
