FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) A full honors funeral service is held for retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fayetteville, Tenn. where Kelso was laid to rest. He served as CNO from 1990-1994. Kelso was 79 years old.
