FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) A member of the U.S. Navy Band performs Taps during a full honors funeral service for retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fayetteville, Tenn. where Kelso was laid to rest. He served as CNO from 1990-1994. Kelso was 79 years old.
