FAYETTEVILLE, Tenn. (June 29, 2013) An officer wearing a mourning band stands at attention at the head of the casket of retired Adm. Frank Kelso, the 24th Chief of Naval Operations (CNO), at Rose Hill Cemetery in Fayetteville, Tenn. where Kelso was laid to rest. He served as CNO from 1990-1994. Kelso was 79 years old.
